Not that he cannot put in himself but its already night and he wanted to send the PC straight to his GF at UIA while he lives in Klang and he needs to go back that night. Takkan nak pasang burner in the car and he also don't bring screwdriver.

Simple thing man. Everyone can do. And they try to make a meal out of it.

Another bad experience was faced by my friend. Bought an ATI X1950 from them, card faulty, fan not working, RMA took 4 months, they have a tidak apa attidue, refused to follow up and always lied to my friend that the card was on the way. When I hear their name, I'll stay away from them. I rather buy from CZone and Cycom, so far no problems buying from them.

i didnt know Sri Com was tat bad... Lucky nth happened when i buy things from there... I think so far Cycom is the best...

u can complaint to their boss ah thiang at casing section there.

just curious, sri com is a very big company eh? selling at low price? seems to me got many customers even their services is questionable

Complain on them has benn started for a decade ago,until today there are still a lot people complaining them.Their boss i think don't care about the complain.

their daily walk-in customers too huge lah compared to only few of us here complaining in LYN

becoz sri com is big enough with a lot of difference new stock, & near the lv2 lift.

just bought dell 19" widescreen from them yesterday.... since i cant resist the price, they offer RM595, cant find any other shop sell at this price, even dell online @ RM699... hope no problem with this LCD

is it a refurbished unit coz i tot dell dun sell via reseller? rm100 for a rm600 item is a huge discount, any brand new dell laptop or bigger lcd on sale in lowyat?

The condition are new, juz that they not supose sell in retail, & the RMA by the shop not by Dell itself.

Like this I rather paying extra RM100 to get samsung or original from dell for another 2 years warranty

1) I think it is beyond Dell control of this.

2) Another possibility is , there is a local parrallel importer existed .
Your sometimes could see certain Dell Laptop available for sell, rite ?

Those laptop are outdated laptop
