yea this shop is quite mess up and some of the stuff also dunno what are the shop is offering and if thier dunno thier will said dun have or u go ask another guy feel like he dun wan to entertain me

i alwiz go to the malay guy at casing session coz tat malay staff very polite & helpful.

I also found that sri staffs are all with dying faces. Really tulan when seeing their faces. If it is not because it is still selling the HSF that i cant find from other shop, i definitely wont buy from them. But the malay staff in the printer and HSF section is ok. The female cashier(center one) is damn because she was continuing her sms and keeping me waiting for a while. !@#$%^&

Most of them are having the coffin faces all the time. But the only advatages is Sri computer is good for window shopping. So just test there and buy from other.

Sri Computer really fakoff! my friend bought computer set .. gives capalang mobo, used only a few day after got problem .. usb port faulty .. wtf? and when ask for warranty .. said need to send the mobo to taiwan back la .. shlT! bad service.

few day only, not 1 to1 exchange meh???

since it's only less than 1 week. Insist that you get 1 to 1 exchange. If they don't have stock then ask for replacement on another board. Pay for the extra if price is different. Ask them to solve it right now, right there. Why want to send back to taiwan? Never test properly before sent to customer?

My friends buying from Sri High End Computers the Asus Mobo and Maxtor 200GB hardisk both are now problems guess what they start making problems after the warranty period is over i'll guess this is bad things happened to her. So i bought new MOBO and Hardisk from my other shop in Lowyat . She was regretted buying the PC from Sri Computers

well usually i will only go sri computer if i cant find from other shop or wanna test eg speaker...
other than that soryle..... all those staff damn lcly...
have many bad experiences with them...
i'm a regular czone customer not because of their price (i know czone price sometimes is expensive than other) but because of their services.... kudos to ming chai from czone.

I bought some stuff from SRI last 2 yrs, when I purchased a laptop, the got one staff there offer quite good service, and he even spoke to me in hakka after he knew I m a hakka, its in the laptop counter in front, and that guy is quite baby-face, but cant see him these days.

This year only I asked them for Aztech router, the laptop staff said its price A, and asked me to go to the behind area, but the staff there said its price B which is slightly higher, when I object him, he asked me to bring the guy in charge of the laptop counter, I was like wtf, I dont have time, that laptop guy also dont have time...so I buzz off and bought it at pc-zone.

SRI is the place besides All IT where u can truely do window shopping, since their staff dont give a shit, u can touch, testing, and acts like old man never see computers b4 a perfect choice when u dont have money but want to kill time in LYP

LOL....then i will do my window shopping there SOON...ehehehe

my frend told me n exp...he say he go ask for cpu fan..den he saw 1 staff standing there...n ask the staff n calling him few times...den the staff dun bother my frend..my frend oledi noe sri com is bad wif service..he straight ask the fellow.."i m calling u..u kenot listen izzit?c1bai.."den the follow stun n look at him..den he told my frend no more..my frend answer him"u c1bai ar..i juz now saw there still got...now u say no more?..the staff say "sorry i tot no more.."den my frend answer.." next time check properly 1st...c1bai kia"..after that my frend turn n walk out the shop n run fast..LOL..he told me muz fierce wif them..onli dey scare..next time i have to try that too..LOL
