meh moar seriose than seriose cat aite
meh followed alot programs before too aite, HST, OVT, MAX OT, all very effective aite, just meh dont have no time to exercise lately and tryna get back into the game thats all This post has been edited by Disciple: Oct 26 2011, 02:11 PM |

Lunges, glute-ham raises, leg presses/squats (the lower you go the more the hams/glutes come into play).
