Can you guys help me? i was buying the battlefield 3 copy from tsb. but when i wanna pay for it it declined my credit card? I entered all the details correctly though

Anyone here paying tsb via credit card online? The 3d secure thing screwed my card lol. Will i be able to use my card at shopping centres or whatever if my card is locked due to the 3d secure thing?
