QUOTE(jamc @ Oct 28 2011, 01:08 PM) Yea i am using 460 SLI and also having flickering and shadow issues. However i solved it by alt tab out of game and then click the maximize button and then alt tab in game again and flickering plus shadow problem all solved. As long as you stay in that server the problem wont come back but if u switch server the flickers will appear again. Just do the steps above then it wil go away at least for me well, it doesnt solve my problem but thx anyway.... right now im playing in windows mode and all the flickering has gone... btw what version of gc driver are u using?? as some ppl said switch back to beta driver might settle the problem.. gonna try it later and see how it goes.... |

QUOTE(AlphaBeta @ Oct 30 2011, 12:17 AM) Beside the flickering issue...can you run multiplayer with steady 60 fps above with everything on its MAXIMUM? including MSAA? on 1080p? havent play multiplayer yet... but in single player running on 1080p with everything ultra except MSAA off i constantly got 90~120 fps....with 2x MSAA i got around 70~90 fps... and sometimes drop to 40 fps... its a bit lag but still playable... but if with 4x MSAA i dont think these 2 cards can handle.. its too laggy and not playable well i dont see any difference in graphic if i turn MSAA on... so turning off MSAA is the best setting i can get to achieve higher fps..... ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ EDIT: ops sry i think i got it wrong... i change the anti-aliasing transparency in nvidia control panel to supersampling which increase performance, i got 80~90 fps with 2x MSAA and no lag at all with 4x MSAA i got around 50~60 fps... sometimes drop to 30 fps... quite lag but still playable though This post has been edited by cupis12: Oct 30 2011, 11:13 AM |
