formula venture improve alot last year , they deserve it

a lot of ppl voted but none has shared their experience
does this means that they are happy with their SC so far?

i have been to kah motor puchong once for my 2nd service 5000km (insight).the service advisor is friendly, technically sound, and attend to my remarks about the car attentively.

the experience was nice, and i was not worried about the car. the after service experience was nice too as i feel the car "refreshed".

Global Amity and Actmar not bad

Did my 1k, 5k and 10k service in Kah Motor Puchong..
I went there coz it is near to my hse
so far, everything was alright..except for that they did not return the leftover engine oil to me each time i went there to service my car...probably gonna request for it next time

I go to Sri Utama ... thats still in KL area wat ...

so mostly ppl give a good response to kah motor puchong.. hvnt tried yet, will give them a try later.. so far i send my car to kah motor melaka..

Just did my 1k service at Kah Motor (Puchong) on Wednesday.

Told them that
1) Wiper has black marks and is streaking
2) Front left door has rattling sound
3) Back seat has rattling sound

Sent it at 11am and got my car back at 3pm. When I collected the car I noticed black oil stains on my door. The first thing I did was to check the windshield wiper and was surprised that I could still see the streaks. I told them the problem is still there, but their excuse was that my windshield has oil which is causing the streaks, I accepted their reason.

When I drove home I realized that the rattling sound from the door and back seat is still there. The next day I sent my car for washing, only to find out that the wiper was still streaking and that I was lied to by Kah Motor (Puchong).

I am very disappointed, especially since it was the highest rated service center on this thread.
