The frosted tint is basically like those frosted window panel that is used in the bathroom. Cannot see outside and outside cannot see inside. Just see shadow when the light is switch on. Will not be suitable for living room or bedroom windows.
I am using that for my kitchen window because my back neighbour installed a motion detector spot light which shines into my kitchen at night when there are movement in their compound.
