QUOTE(Ya Rerd @ Oct 15 2005, 08:15 PM) May I ask, which of these FTP clients are freeware? I'm looking for one which is not a shareware and can be used for business.... Filezilla I'm not a frequent user of FTP...and yeah, my choice is filezilla Reasons: - Free, open source, can even be used for commercial purpose - Simple interface. - Frequent update.

FileZilla.
Do everything WS_FTP does, and for free. Less memory resources too. A fine replacement for ws_ftp LE.

Getting Started

|
Used to use Filezilla last time. But it opened too many FTP connections until the server's FTP down (Probably due to my stupidness, dunno how to config it properly, dunno) Then i switched to WS FTP Pro, so far so good. Since so many ppl vote for Filezilla, i will try it again. Hehe.

Since I am working only on a website or so, I prefer using browser based FTP like Internet Explorer.
