Prime example of a “high end” residence not retaining its value and in fact regressed in capital value considering how expensive it was in the hey day.

Particular weakness perhaps is that it doesn’t appeal to the local elite. There are old units in Bangsar that have held up very well.

Really have to think twice about a 30 yo unit. But I suppose it’s less than half of a comparable unit in Changkat area. But then I think of the costs to upgrade an 80s unit to modern day standards.
