malaysiahoster do not allow forum in their host, and its like the support people get bored answering customer question... so u guys, if u have many questions and complaint, they will advise u better close your account. and its not 24/7 support, my problem solve 3 days after complaint.
very bad experience, when people do business, ask customer to go find other hosting because cannot handle too much question and get bored answering question.and yes my account will be terminated this may because i ask too many questions, but im asking because i do not get any reply for 4 days since my last complaint on domain name.
And today i just ask, "is it my internet problem or the server problem that i have slow access to my site?", and lastly they said, u complaint too much, go find other hosting.
kinda sad. i thought it is the best hosting, im there for so long already, and this is what i get in the end.
so hard, when hosting change their rules... now have to fine new one..
im not giving a bad name for malaysiahoster, but, where is the right for me as a customer? they blame me back for too much question. i ask because of problem, 24/7 support.

14/4/2007 = reconfirm if my account already transfer or not, because i need to submit something base on website.
15/4/2007 = after the server move to malaysia, i have domain and subdomain problem, which only solve after 4 days of my enquiry. Ofcourse as a customer, u will follow up then them every 24 hours, how come no answer. and lastly after 4 days then i get my replied, on problem solve.
21/4/2007 = enquiry on, "Do malaysiahoster have speed problem? Or MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS SLOW? -> im asking only, if its my problem or their problem. but too bad, the customer support seem to get bored, n ask me to go find other hosting on 16/may/2007, and ask me to ignore my invoice payment on that day. They said they do not terminated my account, but dont you think this sound like terminate?
Im your customer, im not the one who create the problem. that is why i ask. everybody want a good support. u serve me so good for so long, and now u ask me to get out from the server????? afterall i pay all my invoice, and also buy 3 domain from you.
