I am looking to migrate my website and forum to another host.

I have been with internet-webhosting for almost a year and have been plagued with stability problems. Their price is really good and their support is good as well but the servers always get overloaded and require rebooting. They have even tried migrating me to a different server which was supposedly stable and changed data centres, but my site keeps on hanging once ever few days. It's not even that much of a high volume site.

That granted I've been told that it is not really their fault just bad neighbours...or something like that. I think they have spamming issues since certain IPs have been blacklisted as spam hosts or something of that sort. Their support is however top notch with really fast response times and even feels like 24/7

Who can recommend a good, reliable host who offers migration incentives? Exabytes has offered me a good deal offering me my unexpired portion and assistance with migration but am interested what other hosts have to offer and any feedback you can provide.

I've used Onnet before without problems though support is slightly slow and the price is really high for the space and bandwidth provided.

Requirements
1. Locally based
2. High uptime with SLA guarantee (simply cannot afford downtime)
3. Fast support response (support ticket system a big plus) 24/7 is a huge plus
4. Reasonable price
5. NOT BLACKLISTED as a spam host (which internet-webhosting is). This is a problem since my forum activation e-mails get blocked.
6. Migration assistance is a very big plus.

AND PLEASE DON'T TRY TO LIE ABOUT UPTIMES OR SUPPORT SPEED OR RELIABILITY ISSUES. I take integrity very seriously so if you don't think you can offer the above, please don't lie about it just to get business. I want a host who is confident enough to put their money where their mouth is .

No offence but just been really frustrated with hosts and they always think they can get away with it.

Switched from internet-webhosting to IPserverone. Although IPServerone's prices are higher, my site on theirs loads extremely fast and support was excellent provided by a Mr. Lee.

IPServerone also provides LYN which has been quite consistent.

Just thought I'll express my thanks and thoughts here . Will keep everyone updated if this situation changes but thus far it's been super.

Just a quick review as a hosting provider to avoid:

Onnet Hosting Malaysia (onnet.com.my)

Three reasons to avoid:

1. Unannounced Outage with support not picking up their hotline or answering their e-mails
2. Website at http://www.onnet.com.my appears to be compromised with Firefox giving it a warning as an attack site.
3. Not that cheap either!
