Go to the new company you want to register with, fill in the form and select domain transfer & renewal. Make sure you read all the details to see if the company charges for transfer fee as some company charges.

but my doman have another 1 year to go.... so.. if i transfer i have to pay the fees also???

Trasfer fees have to pay. But you will get another year of renewal for free.

hi, i wish to set up a website for small business, just doing some small trading...only require diskspace of bout 1GB....i might need to upload some video and audio file in the web....any recommendation for any hosting company?

actually get the domain from which company is not important. as long as u get the full manage of the domain name.
so far i got few domain from local and oversea.

for oversea i get it from godaddy during their promotion. the price was only USD 1.99 for .info
for .com/.net/.org i get it from local company because i purchase the hosting package with free domain.

if not mistaken the local market price is at around RM 35-55. (local bank payment)
