I've been staying in that apartment for free because of Awana membership thing and nothing happened at all.

Nope... Cause offering something to them already... Actually they need something like food, just they don't know how is the way to ask from human being.... So will make something which is hard to acceptable to let human know about their appearance.....

First world lobby public toilet ( female ) next to Starbucks Coffee.
First world haunted house and ripley believe it or not.
Ria apartment Selangor tower 19th floor.
Hotel room.
All the stair next to the lift or car park
Casino.

3. Maybe as being made as haunted house so may attract them (never been to both).
