I'm Johorean, i'm really sad to hear what my hometown has changed in the past 20 year... Back then the city was booming with youngsters from various parts of Malaysia, wanting to have a better life, and a more stable income. Like was very harsh, jam for 1 hours @Causeway no matter rain or shine, tired or not... They have to wake up at 6 DAILY just for the puny pay.

Plus, houses back then were very expensive, small terrace house might costs you 140k. However, the LOAN requires you to pay a 30% D.Payment

Because of the exploitation of various government departments and banks, due to personal greed and the lack of patriotism, we all are heading towards an extreme direction. No specific direction, no specific intentions...
That fella shouldn't have signed those documents. It can be a loan, or anything that requires astronomical figures. Yes, work is important, you won't be fired for getting late for 5 minutes rite? So, assume you lost your job, is your job more important than your family? Yes, I do kesian that fella but it's his duty to protect his family and himself. He have to bear a part of the responsibility.
The wife is the innocent, the bank is the medium, the source of the issue is the man himself, since he can't pay the loans why can't he do something over it???
