Within the next few months (maybe even a few weeks) the rumours of whether the MRT2 project will have the Kepong station at Kepong Sentral or not will be answered as it is expected that the announcement for MRT2 will come soon. I personally expect it to be across the road at the unused Desa Kompleks carpark (which is quite large and could easily accomodate an MRT station and it's carpark). Of all the Komuter stations in Kepong & Segambut area, Kepong Sentral seems to to be the most logical for an interchange between the Komuter and MRT stations (availability of land, right beside the main road etc).

I already noticed a warehouse beside Desa Kompleks (area owned by Desa Kompleks) have just moved to Manjalara in the last month or so. It could be coincidence, or it could be that the Desa Kompleks management is clearing out space (to be sold later for the MRT project?). Also, I do notice that less and less open ads in the area selling units at the condo, and those few that are selling seem to be at higher and higher prices than just a few months ago.

The MRT station may not in the end be at Kepong Sentral, but it seems a lot of people are already gearing up for that situation.

I notice tikaram had posted the MRT2 construction near kepong sentral condo. Do you know what is the progress now?

I am selling my unit now due to my wedding preparation. If not my rental can fully cover my morgage and maintenance. I won't sell it if not due to my wedding. My unit is facing KTM. Very good investment indeed.

The MRT2 route is still in the planning stage though. Looking at the current progress of the MRT1, I'm afraid we might need to wait a little longer for the MRT2 to materialise.

How much r u selling your unit anyway?

If that the case, I will wait until 2014 loh~, I will sell higher price loh~. Demand are so great here. Anyway, the sungai buluh MRT is already confirmed and a started project. People can go one utama just by train. LDP many visible MRT development going on. LDP toll will increase to RM2.10 next year. Every things are guaranteed to increase next year. Mana ada turun? Gold price and hujan turun saja..

I still can get cash in other ways. smile.gif Thanks for your tips.
