Yours is sohc or dohc? Mine is 4g91 dohc... Have just changed to 4g93 camshafts + adjustables campulley... Got very noticeable different in power... But for auto gb not much "kick"... Now I'm changing to manual gb d... tongue.gif

No, my engine is 91, I changed to 93 camshafts only... But if sohc, why not consider change to dohc head 1st... Coz heard from my foreman that dohc is more easy to squeeze power out of it...

92 can change head, but I'm not sure need to change together with ecu o not (i never asked b4)... Twin cam is easier to tune coz the intake and output is driven by seperate cams, while single cam using only 1 cam to control both... And as recommended, maybe u should do a proper intake and exhaust mod 1st, it is cheaper and next time u change to twin cam can optimize power out of it... Anyway, u just want a little extra power, or do u want a powerful ride? Coz if u want heavy mod, u will end up realize that money u spent might exceed the price of engine transplant... rclxub.gif

Haha, ya... Nowadays Myvi and Saga really buggy... If want potong them I think need to mod more to pick-up side... Coz I play a lot with Myvi and Saga too when I'm still using auto gb... 0-100+ km/h really cannot compete... Only can overtake them from 130km/h onward... Haha... tongue.gif

And for pick-up set up, u can change to open pod air filter on the intake side... For exhaust, get a 4-1 extractor... Exhaust piping up to u, but if want change, 1.8" or 1.7" would be perfect...

Open pod can get Apexi, I think is around 2++ (i bought secondhand 1, RM100)... For extractor, price i'm not sure... For custom piping, is around 200-600, depends on what material u want... Adding the correct silencer (or is it called mid bullet? Not sure) will make your car sound silence... Mine is using 2 silencer, quite silent also, unless if I rev kaw-kaw... tongue.gif Just tell the exhaust shop u want silent 1, they will recommend u a right combination...

If just mod 1 thing, think not really that much effect... Anyway, do it step by step according to your wallet la... No need rush... Me also same, I start with filter, then exhaust set, then adjustable cam pulleys, then camshafts...

The filter is available in Motorsports shop, and some accessories shop... Can find online also... Anyway, Apexi got many imitations nowadays... Better find some reputable shops / person to buy...

Played with old Myvi b4 only, haven't met any lagi best playing around yet... tongue.gif

And for the air filter, no it won't endanger your life... Just scare if filtration not nice then will effect d engine in long run, performance wise no comment yet... Actually I am thinking to try the cheap 1 also coz now the apexi I'm using looks so buruk already... Anyone got any comment?

Mine is front tilt too, have tried so many ways d... For rear abs, u can use back your ori abs... To make rear higher can use 1.6 / waja spring... But personally I will recommend 1.6 spring coz it is harder, hence make the rear firmer, therefore higher... Waja spring might be too high and make your car swerve a lot when cornering... AnywAY, if u still not satisfied with the height of 1.6, u can still change the bush... Stock bush is 1inch... Can change to 2inch or 3inch... smile.gif

I'm thinking of using wira 1.3 abs + heavy duty spring for front and wira 1.6 abs + normal 1.6 spring for the rear...
Do you think this setup will make the car look balance or the rear will be a little higher than the front?...hopefully it's not tilt front with this setup...

Mine is 1.5 old model, if I'm not mistaken 1.3 and 1.5 is using same suspension... Anyway, for 1.3abs + heavy duty spring I don't know what height it will be, so I cant tell u... But but for rear 1.6 and my tire is 195/50/16, the gab is 3 fingers... The gab might be different using different tire size...

If stiffer means will be higher... But not sure the 15% will make how much different la... Oh yeah, forgot to mention... My rear is using stock abs with 1.6 spring + 2 inch bush...

Haha, it is never easy to make suspention at desired height... Unless u use adjustables or customs... tongue.gif Mine have been up and down more than 5 times to have it at my desired height... sweat.gif
