very simple to troubleshoot this issue. backup all your data. Then hard reset your phone and use it a day or two without memory card if any inserted. and erase the mass storage too. If the problem still persist could be hardware.

Make sure wipe your screen off any finger print or oil stain

Finished update.

anyone had any problems same as mine ?

1. wifi keep diconnected
2. cannot use nokia apps : store & social (for now)
3. keep prompting "mobile data off , no connection available"

same as mine. even the installation preferences in nokia store is set to E:\, it still install in C:\
