Can N8 upgrade to Symbian Belle later? If upgraded to Symbian Belle then will become smooth?

In Melaka where can get 1.2k N8 ori set? Cause all sell RM1,799 for ori set!
 Some dealer said those 1.2k is made in china and fake n8,then mean those LYN phone seller who sell 1.2k for n8 ori set also china set?  |
