Guys, I am in a dilema...

I getting frustated with my N8 because it is quite slow compared to other smartphones in the market.

What pisses me off is the updates is so slow here(Australia). Forcing me to flash to belle.

Even with belle which is awesome BTW, it still laggy and crashes quite often especially some widget won't load at all.

There is a sale for SGS2 which is pretty cheap. Rm 1600 ori set with 12 months Samsung warranty.

I know SGS2 has lousy battery life compared to N8( N8 is amazing 2 days with heavy usage) and personally I will use symbian anytime over android as symbian is very very straight forward OS

But with ICS being released recently, I really like the interface and I heard samsung will update SGS2 to ICS soon.

what you guys think. I been a nokia fan all my life and I really dont want to jump ship, but this phone just annoys me.

I actually tried the virtual keyboard and it's indeed hard to type with,still loving my n79 keyboard though
but camera > sms anytime cuz rele seldom texting recently ._.

Hi guys, I'm new to this Nokia N8 camera (just bought 2nd hand few weeks ago) and below is my sample video :



While taking picture at 12MP(4000x3000) setting with all variable mode, the output picture didn't look sharp at all in my monitor (1080p). There are blurry parts all over the picture when to try to view in fullscreen and zooming in. Any idea ? Already tried all variable setting, still the same. Latest Anna version and beta camera autofocus patch. Maybe because it is 2nd hand broken ? Attached below is sample of my pictures :

Outdoor is ok but sometimes also blurry when view in fullscreen

Any comment ?

is it cropped? i think not..sifu ASPIRE rarely crop his pics

So you mean, with or without the original piece of clear protector film on screen, there is no difference in screen responsiveness etc?

my credit always kena deduct when i open the nokia maps(the maps should be free) and sometime when the gps available sign pop out my credit will be deducted ..i have check all the setting but unable to find the way to stop it..anyone know how to stop it??? thanks in advance

If u plan to upgrade be sure camera is not your priority. The camera degraded quite bad. If you are not into camera worth the update performance and stability just camera became worse
