Watched Kung Fu Panda 2 last night. As reviewed in Blu-ray.com, i will give 5/5 for all features. None less than "Awesome" audio & video. KFP2 animation looks much detailed and color vibrant. I would easily recommend the title to animation fans. Must have..

I agree with you. I bought the Boxed Set (HK Edition). I have already watched the movie 3 times - 1 in Cinema (Cantonese), 2 times from the BD (English and Cantonese). It is still very funny. A great film. Actually, I am surprised about the Director - she is so young. I also watched all the extras...Jack Black was fantastic.

I had a glance view of Cars 2 3D , Toy Story 3D last night, gonna watch them with the Samsung 3D Shutter glass tonight.. tongue.gif

HI guys...

did anyone buy blu ray from www.zavvi.com before?

i checked that 'pirates of the carribean' is sold at GBP19.99 only and shipping to malaysia only add another GBP0.99,

total is GBP20.98...

sounds like a good deal.....
*
You sure about that? What's shipping cost?

wanna ask guys, im thinking of buying a bd rom and use my htpc to play my blu rays, what players u all recommended? or you all use? powerdvd? i wanna ripp some of my concerts bd so i can play it often on my htpc instead of bd player all the time...
*
I've bought Sony BDU X10S long ago and it's on my HTPC. It's 2 1/2 years old now, running well. PowerDVD now plays most of the Blu-ray format discs. Instead of ripping , why don't you make it an *.iso? I do such for some of the movies i have, just never felt like taking them off the rack , so i , instead configured virtual BDROM and mount on it and runs exactly as if running a Blu-ray disc brows.gif

So far only place I know selling BD are Speedy. U mean, packaging & design are have lesser quality but BD quality still remain same right ?
Mind to share other online retailers which u've dealt with ? Probably can PM me coz if u published openly, it might clash with other LYN forumer who r selling online.
*
It's nothing to do offending anyone bro. Go to Ebay US and find your favorite titles slipcovers. I still do get my slipcovers from eBay and it's safe.

The slipcover design purely depending on the studio as bro low mentioned..

U mean Ebay US ? ok will try there, might be AMZ too.

Wish me luck.

You can address me as Dev, the nick maybe hard to type..yep eBay US , any eBay would do , i guess eBay Malaysia , you may not be able to find it. The rest should be fine.

Find the "Top Seller", "Power Seller" and those with 100% feedback (not just 1,2 feedbacks).

Bro, alternatively, we have our own slipcover trader "refnulf". You can also liaise with him for your slipcover needs.

I traded in Lelong. For lelong its better to trade with Verified members. If u r still having doubt u can use Lelong Safetrade function. Which u pay Lelong certain amt of $ and they act as middle person.
U make pymt to Lelong, Lelong inform Seller to send out item, U receive item & inform Lelong, Lelong make pymt to Seller.
*
Well explained, gotta try trading with Lelong sellers next, check if the prices are reasonable..

Thanks bro
