I'm very happy with amazon. Choosed expedited shipping for 21 BDs. Order placed on 25 nov however I kept making revision and finalised on 29 December.  Amazon shipped via DHL and UPS.
2 parcels arrived on 1Dec, 1 on 2Dec, 4 on 5dec and last on 8Dec.

Stuck at Customs not necessary mean bad.  Amazon CS just wrote to me to refund all shipping charge of US$64 since now already 3 days behind estimated delivery date.

Strange, Customs delay my parcel without any explanation. If really need to pay tax, the shipping charge refunded, I think, should be able to cover the tax, if there is tax lah. 

if u want to continue buying from them i think its better to not abuse this privilege, cause i have few friends having their cc black listed and can't purchase bd from amazon anymore, too much refunds and claims lol.... 
but knowing for facts that our purchase are insured by them , really makes its safer to buy from them...

Yes, it's our right as a consumer to file a complain if there is late delivery. But i seems to notice some of us (in my hazy memory) ask for refund even a week late delivery. I mean a week! Are we really really so keen and in urgent to watch the movie in such a hurry? Or while waiting for the new BD arrival, can we watch other 70 BD titles that we have not watch before (some still in shrink wrap)? I think we should wait a week, then we complain, if after 2 weeks, we ask for refund or partial refund. It's not something that we are so urgent to get within the estimated time, example say I order a astronomy telescope because I have a star gazing trip in the next few weeks, but Amazon fail to deliver within the timeframe, then of cos i am pissed.

I fear for the day when Amazon retracted their policy and bar their items to be delivered to here anymore. It could happen, because they may feel it's not worth the hassle to deal with all those refund of late delivery and lost delivery, and most of the time, Amazon knows it's not their fault but our Ketam and Pos Malaysia's fault. I also dont know where does this mentality iParcel-service-suck comes from, I have about 8 times delivered by them, only once is late, 2 months late.

Have u guys notice those 3rd party sellers in Amazon, all of them can deliver to Singapore but not here, even an idiot can tell u it's not due to geographical reason why they can't deliver item to here.

Actually I thought Rango already run out of stock for its slipcover cause I saw some forumers post their picture without slip when their received their copy.

I suspect that maybe because, this time, my BDs is not taken from store that their usually ship to me like store at LOUISVILLE.  But this time, Amazon shipped my BDs from SPARKS. SPARKS leave US using SAN FRANCISCO GATEWAY.  But based on my past experience, most of the time my parcel will ship from LOUISVILLE and leave US at CINCINNATI HUB.

But 2 of the my most recent parcel is from SPARKS.  Maybe LOUISVILLE already run out of stock for those BDs. 
You really lucky.  For this year, I only 2 to 3 times got "direct release" chop.

hmmmmmmm Jurassic park and Back to the future top/bottom Slip Sleeve is  anit cheap though , if taken the plastic of the disc seems putting multiple disc back ,cant carry the box nicely without the disc falling off the bottom ,wish its side slip haiz.....  

Actually, in Amazon US forum, there is one thread that complain about iParcel.  Some forumers not from MY also made complain about iParcel but also some forumers said their don't have problem with iParcel.

Actually something scary nearly happen to my HP set.

The postman arrived my house early morning at 8 something, he press my door bell, put the package at my gate & then just left. My wife heard the doorbell, so she came down to check it out, guess what, a stranger who walked pass our house saw my package & tried to STEAL IT!

Fortunately my wife came down just in time, the stranger saw my wife & quickly walk a way, if not, i will loss my HP set & never known why it got lost. So, now i have to factor in another reason our package got loss - it got stolen even when it arrived our doorstep. 

One more thing, the stranger is not a begger nor any low life scumbag, but he is a well dress man and he was with his daugther. what kind of father who try to steal something in front of his own daugther? 

So basically stuck at custom or not is all base on luck la.

usually i will also ask the postman to come in and put the package inside the compound (at a safer place)

haha, have to make friend abit...and belanja them minum coke    (same for DHL/UPS guy)

if not, they simply throw the package in...susah la, later damage or lost 

rmb this is long-term as u will keep purchasing from AMZ right... sometimes i also feel bad, cos they need to come my hse everday to delivery my packages
