My salary 3100/Month. I just use 2nd Iswara cost RM280 Monthly for 5 years Installment. Now left 1 years plus. Paying house for 800/Month.Very simple living. No so headache. Just pop up few $$ for car maintenance and house maintenance. Whats left for my food, wife, kids and savings. Just my 2 cent.
