Voltage at 2.7v... can use lower voltage too but lazy to find it out.. just use 2.7 for now.
No idea on chips being used. I dont think there's anyway to find out what VS chips are?

Corsair Value Select 512MB Single Channel (Going to get another stick soon

250Mhz? sure... even my VS can do 250 lol.... sigh.. all here with good rams.. only me posting here with vs lol

i dont think its very rare haha... had it for about half a year already...
maybe bcoz i'm using 2.5-4-4-8 1T for 250Mhz... with 2.5-3-3-6 can do max 230Mhz only.... but weird its that i cant do CAS 2 or 3 no matter what.... weird chips |

use some diff words... the words i used was "OCZ400512EL memory chips" hehe.. if its 5B then its really good chip haha |

2.5-3-3-5 is abit too tight for Corsair VS at 240+mhz.. try 2.5-4-4-x and slowly up the Mhz...... and surprisingly ur ram can do cas3 single stick... the stick that i have will never do cas 3 for all i know...
