You may want to more better picture, where the pipe from and so on.
I could see is that those cables pass through beam? But it will not give more problem as indicated by Jin, as aircon water will not cause must trouble.... |

If the wall not cement yet, maybe you want to put some water on it and see whether any leaking to make yourself worry free ???
