If you guys just want low-LAN like ping, just play in WoW TW with your US client, everything will be in english just that socializing might be in chinese, but you can opt to join an english guild and just stay foreveralone in the guild lol, or probably you might meet some friend (or probably hot chicks) from taiwan who are able to speak english so you can get them to join along, or maybe be friend with them, tho don't expect any chuck norris talk in the trade channel.

For my cases i'm fine, since i'm able to met quite some taiwanese who speak english, just not that fluent lol, so i always reply them in chinese.
