If you guys just want low-LAN like ping, just play in WoW TW with your US client, everything will be in english just that socializing might be in chinese, but you always opt to join an english guild and just stay foreveralone in the guild lol, or probably you might meet some friend from taiwan who are able to speak english so you can get them to join along, or maybe be friend with them, tho don't expect any chuck norris talk in the trade channel.
