My bnet account address is Malaysia so i'm considered Oceanic for them and when i try to pre-purchase HotS, it is not available for me

Some Lelong.com.my listings sell WoL for around RM155.

Blizz still lists WoL at USD 60 or SGD 90 I think.

Or you could try looking for people that are selling their accounts, it should cost less than RM100.

With HotS coming, I doubt they'd wanna sell their WoL accounts now. Unless they have many other WoL accounts they use as smurfs.
