Does anyone know what happened to Sunway Belvedere Service Apartment project, located at PJS 9/1? I know it's a project by Talam group, the same one who developed the Lagoon Perdana which is beside it. I know it was abandoned at some point. But I also heard it has been taken over by another company, which I can't remember its name. Furthermore, the CF should have been ready in July 11 and now it's closing to Nov 11 and I didn't see anyone occupying it when I passed it by.

Can anyone shed some lights here?

Not all bad projects by T Corp were taken-over by IJM. As a business, IJM is also keen on projects which are still able to make money, and of course, in another project : lending the good IJM name to Talam for the Canal City project.

As for Lagoon Perdana, the subsidiary was sold to two individuals for a very low sum. Please do your research carefully.

Perhaps if the price is LOW ENOUGH, then can still think about it. Otherwise, stay away from T projects forever.

I am not sure of the selling price now. Although iProperty stated around 300K for a 9++sf, I am not even sure if that price is updated.

The CF is still pending thats why, the next target date will be December this year.

Even though the project is taken over by IJM but then some part of the condo is still built by Talam... The quality sure will affected.. The place sure very jam summore.. I got a feelings that few more years the place will be conquered by black ppl.. haha..
I'm planning to buy for own stay + renting..

Please dont buy any TALAM project as there are really a BADDDDD developer...I am one of the victim for Lagoon Perdana...taken my money for 10 years....and tell u no money to return...yet building some other project....my is block 7....so, if anyone of you want to buy, please make sure everything is 'SAFE' ...also pls go lagoon perdana and have a look on their work....it like those 'super cheap low cost' aparment.....think twice...

For your information, new buyer must make sure IJM help to apply for strata title. Some developer (took over abandoned project) but never help to follow up certain issues/matters. Furthermore, few bank do not want to finance property under master title (More than 10 years without issuance of strata title).
