i wish to ask , which telco prepaid company line offer the Longest VALIDITY Period ?
As i need a Line for RECEIVE call only . Calling out is Not necessary.

As if i keep on reload into my line and it will be a waste .
Please Recommend me with any package that will able to maintain longer validity period (Receive call Period) so that other ppl can call me

Is there any Special promo / offer for this ?

thanks .

i think u mobile is the best...
u reload RM100, get 300days validity (call in & call out)
after the validity, u have grace period 100 days (can receive call & sms, can't call out)
rclxms.gif

other telcos, u need to pay a fees to buy one year or two years validity... sad.gif

umobile is simple ,just reload, and u can use all the top up amount to call&sms and get longer validity rclxm9.gif

XOX

http://xworld.com.my/incentive-of-xox-mnp/

For those who port in XOX with the promotion period ,the validity will also update to 18 months after seven day from port in date.

hi,
I have been searching for the Longest VALIDITY Period just as Tommy.
I found that the cheapest is from TRON.
website is http://tron.com.my/tron/products-and-services

The starter pack cost RM9 and top up RM10 and you have 365 days of validity and 50 minutes of talktime.

best regards

no. the new #hotlink plan doesn't even allow users to paid to subscribe validity365, let alone to give longer validity for free.

OIC,,,, currently I am on Celcom UOX which have credit valid until my age turn in 25. But in future, I need to port to maxis/hotlink due to change location where it only have maxis coverage. Thus need a long credit validity as I does seldom Call and SMS. Mainly use for receive call and SMS only.

But note, cannot receive calls abroad, no roaming, and cannot MNP except a few DiGi and related services.
Take a look at Tunetalk too.

I just noticed that Digi Best Prepaid has been marked as Out of Stock on their website. Is this normal, or do you think they are going to stop selling this? blink.gif

Must be prepaid? If postpaid, can look for PAYU (pay as you use) corporate or company lines... if zero spent means that month zero bill...

U Mobile never had validity extension option before, only x3 and then x2 validity upon top-up. Even their latest prepaid plan doesn't have x2 validity anymore.

As I know, Celcom XPAX IOX have validity for RM30 for a year and RM50 for 2 years.
The IOX comes with Roaming activated as this is the reason I got the IOX in the first place. Coverage of roaming is the same as Celcom post paid.
Calls are more expensive since the count by 3 min at 33cents/3mins and SMS is 20cents/5 SMSes used before 11:59pm.

On the other hand, the new Magic SIM by XPAX does not have validity options.

Hi, I am an XPAX user. I had reloaded RM50 in May because I wanted to subscribe to the 2yr validity (which mine expired in May). However, the service is now "temporarily unavailable".

This may be out of topic: I had reloaded again in June and July to keep my line active, but due to low usage, I have accumulated quite a sum of credit balance in my account. I wish to "share" my credit out, so if anyone is interested in some GST-free credits, please PM me. Thanks! I also welcome people who are affected with the same problem to contact me, maybe we can share credit with each other to keep our lines active (without reloading more credits into our already bloating account).

Yep, confirm the above. I had 10 days validity till 23/8/2015 prior to extending the credit validity because I topped up RM10 to be able to purchase extension. After purchase, my validity is 2 years from date of purchase, until 13/8/2017.

Also got a reminder SMS from Celcom saying that I must reload at least RM30 in the next 6 months to enjoy the full 2 years validity.

Hi,

Its a good news that Celcom is still allowing "Old Xpax" extension validity for 2 years. Mine will be expired next month.

My questions.. How about data validity? Is 64kbps basic internet still available? eg Social Chat RM10 for 150MB which has the validity as long as our line is still active.

If no, how are we going to purchase and reload? As far I know by browsing Xpax website, we can only purchase data for Magic SIM..!

Please enlighten me.. Thanks in advance.

I believe we'll still use the same data packages, just that there's no Burung Hantu. Not sure about the other free stuff or Social Chat, though.

For previous xpax plans:

1. No basic internet 64kbps

2. Chat pack 50MB at RM5 and Social pack 150MB at RM10 is available through *118#

3. Chat/Social pack does not expire. Usage requires validity. In passive mode, the balance amount is frozen.

4. FYI, Chat/Social pack is stackable.

Best of luck.

As of today, available choice is :

1. Longest passive period is digi live at 90days. Umobile passive is at 60 days.

2. Cheapest 1 year validity is TRON whereby a topup of RM10 gives 365 days validity.

For receiving only calls, check your coverage. If you need celcom network coverage then onexox is cheapest & longest validity period. If digi network coverage then TRON is cheapest & longest validity period.
