what mean '3rd master hard disk : s.m.a.r.t. command failed'
window could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\windows\system32\config\sistem
you can attempt to repair this file by starting window setup using the original setup cd-rom

SMART command fails => Some physical (Mechanical or Electronic) error occured in your HDD.

3rd Master Hard Disk => HDD connected to SATA port #3.

file is missing or corrupt: \windows\system32\config\sistem => Means your windows is corrupted & might be due to HDD problems.

Suggestions to try :-

1. Remove HDD & install into another PC as secondary HDD (as long as not booting from the same HDD).
2. Backup all data inside that HDD, should it able to detect it.
3. Change the HDD lor.

Not for the faint hearted :-

1. Remove SMART detect in BIOS.
2. Boot from Windows CD.
3. Press "R" during boot process (first screen) to go into "Recovery Console".
4. At console prompt type --> fixboot [drive] --> Enter. (Syntax = fixboot d:)
5. Type --> map arc --> Enter --> Note the results.
6. Type --> fixmbr [device_name] --> Enter. (Syntax = fixmbr \device\harddisk0)
7. Type --> Exit --> Enter --> Restart PC.

If still cannot boot, then forget about your data & just get a new HDD lar.
