Tottenham to play Malaysia XI in friendly fixture
Tottenham will tackle a Malaysia XI in a post-season friendly in Kuala Lumpar in May.
Mauricio Pochettino's side face a Malaysian select team at the Shah Alam Stadium on May 27, three days before taking on Australian A-League side Sydney FC in Sydney.
It will be Tottenham's first visit to Malaysia since 1979.
"We are delighted to be visiting Malaysia and looking forward to giving our fans in that part of the world a chance to see us play up close against some of the best players from their country," said Pochettino.
"We are well aware of the passionate following we have across Asia and the well-established supporters club that we have in Malaysia.
"We hope we can put on a fantastic show for them on the night as a way of thanking them for the continued support they give us from the other side of the world every week."
Tottenham, who currently lie sixth in the table, have seven Premier League matches remaining this season.
