I think if they handed fourth spot to us, just shy of a point behind arsenal, at the beginning of the season, I would've taken it and ran with it. Sure CL is still up in the air, but we set out to achieve a target and we achieved it. I'm a proud fan.

The only thing that leaves a bitter taste in my mouth is there were too many "what if situations". Sure these situations are common in football, but most of the time it's on the pitch. I'm talking those off the pitch

1. What if Daniel and Harry settled the Modric situation at the beginning of the season earlier?
2. What if Harry didn't have that tax evasion case? He could have been there for the Liverpool - Spurs match where the opposition played lousily.
3. What if John Terry didn't f up, the FA had more common sense, Capello didn't get his panties in a bunch, and the media stopped saying HR to be the next England manager.

Lets all pray for a better season and CL spot. GO BAYERN!

I'm chuffed that we're languishing in 3rd in the second half of the season but I can't say I'm not worried. It's a familiar feeling. Good thing Chelsea lost to QPR.
