u shouldn't  kill gywn cus you go out of the stage, u get a dark lord ending and if u link the fire u get good ending

eh no...after u kill gwyn the game is over. So make sure u do everything first before killing gwyn.

any tips how to cut seath tail's?
seem like he always turning around......

try do this,
do not break the crystal urself, lure seath and make him breath on the crystal,
while he about to breath on the crystal, run to his tail, and when his attk cause crystal to break,
he will stun for some time, thats the chance u cut his tail.
rmb u have to cut on the tip of tha tail, and continue cut it till it "died" although it drops....

^hmm... to me no different, just dark soul have improved gameplay and element compare to demon soul

Most ppl will agree demon soul and dark soul difficulties are the same, but I don't think so. In dark soul u can access to some good weapon and armor very early in the game. At level 26 u can reach Anor Londo and kill boss Ornstein and Smough.

One guy completed Dark Souls with SL1 play through. He also videoed the whole thing.

While this is my 1st time playthrough and clocked in 20 hours already. Probably still using the conventional RPG method like levelling up so can take on monsters easier...

GUYS!!! quick question here.....
it been very long long time since i play my PS3 or bought any new game.. around 6~8month...

From review it seem the game very similiar to Demon Soul! is it same game just diffrent name or what?

One of the top game and best game i play for PS3 is Demon Soul, so do you guys really think i should buy this game or not?

How about the gameplay, the boss setting, the game-level (hard, nightmare etc) setting...

What i like about demon soul because of the boss and no-BGM sound make me shouting especially when im been backstab from monster/boss/dragon!!.....

Will this game give me that 'feel' from demon souls? or you guys never play demon souls before~

Hahahaa, cant wait for u mah. Anyway, now tackling demon ruins and lost izalith. Should be done by today before grinding out at the Kiln of Last Flame.

Can you reach there? Otherwise you will need to summon me depending on which boss u havent killed yet. Now I at SL106.

Now left the final boss to tackle and the kiln of first flame.

Btw, i just used my save and already got all the souls to get the knight's honor trophy. Holding 3 priscilla souls as well.

Anyway, what I can do now is this. Each of you who wants to duplicate items pass them all to me. I will want to create a backup save with 99 humanity, 99 chunks, shards, and as many slabs as possible. Each of you who contribute to my stockpile I will return to you within 24 hours because once I downloaded it, I can keep re-downloading and give the items to whoever wants it.

Already did that with a fellow US player last night, so essentially I can plat in a first playthrough *LOL* even before I fought lord gwyn i already have his soul.

UPDATE : Met a few more players and now got the following -

1. 5 Souls of Lord Gwyn
2. 2 Souls of Gwyndolin (and I haven't kill her yet so will get 1 more)
3. 8 Soul of Sif
4. 5 Soul of Smough
5. 4 Soul of Ornstein
6. 7 Core of Iron Golem
7. 7 Soul of Quelaag
8. 7 Soul of Moonlight Butterfly
9. 4 Firekeeper souls

Also include 99 chunks (all colors), 13 white slabs, 32 red slabs, 80 normal slabs, 8 blue slabs, and other stuff 99 or close to that.

Now can get my plat all in 1 playthrough

Anyway, my save file just got backed up so will be ready for sharing on Monday night. Now gonna build my PVP character

looks like i can only download once per day. damn this backup save is not as convenient as I thought.

Ocelot, lucky we play on my SL1 character so thats not affected. still have to wait 24 hrs before can pass it back to you.

i just bought the game and played it for about 2 hours .. and once it got lag really bad till the screen froze. . also i noticed that my save data is already 8mb for only 1-2 hours of gameplay..

Is this normal or does anyone else experience this?

Kirk will only invade if you got fulfil the following criteria :

1st time - Got invaded in the Depths (however if you beat the Gaping Dragon, he won't invade anymore)
2nd time - Got invaded in Demon Ruins (only if you have not beat the Demon Firesage, and only after you place the Lordvessel).
3rd time - Invaded at Lost Izalith (only if you haven't beaten Bed of Chaos).

However, there are reports of people stating that you can do the above in any order but not sure if it'll work, so chances are you may have either not placed the Lordvessel or already killed the Demon Firesage.

In all cases you must be human of course. I had not problem getting Kirk to invade me and finally getting his thorn armor set near the Chaos Covenant girl (only after beating him 3 times).
