if you Celric class and then you could say "yes" twice...

if you're not Celric Class you should say "NO" and then "YES"..and he will be available at fireshrine and sell you the item

when he about to swing the sword..make sure you keep your distance

he will swing his sword left to right & try to stomp you after that you just roll to front and attack 2 time or do spinning attack which is damage your HP even you block
