is there a point to leveling the Spider Shield to +10?

so i headed to blight town and when i get there those sobs all have poison + toxin attacks. the mobs didn't kill me but their toxins did. now i decided to level up my pyromance glove to +15 before i go back there. once i do that, i will return and burn those filthy foreign scum and send them back to the hole where they crawled out from.

suggest you equip spider shield while your there

i already equipped spider shield. you will find out for yourself just how much a pain their poison+toxin attacks are once you get there.

bring some moss =D

Bring lots and lots of moss, by the way the dude below the first bell sell a poison resistance ring, suggest you get that, cause Blight town is really a pain in the ass with the poison lol

Thanks for the tip about the ring. I think I will go to Darkwood Garden first & from there head to Flying Dragon's Valley. After that, I go to Blight town.

Gold-Hemmed Black set is super duper light, damn awesome lol

Anyway now exploring another part of Blight town, still so damn annoying place lol

you mean Darkroot Garden, the door infront of the blacksmith, just go all the way out and you'll get to the garden

that lightning demon is such a p-u-s-s-y compared to those poison+toxin mob in Blight town. all i did was throw fireball in his face and then it was game over, man!

Some tips,

1. you can block all his attack
2. his attack can only hit something same level with him, so behind him is some stairs going down, if you are around the middle of the stairs you can hit him but he can't, but watch out for him coming down the stair also
3. his lightning attack is slow
4. keep moving, block his attack and attack him when you see opportunity
5. see him jump, then get out of the way

so revisiting Undead Asylum to get Crest Shield (Highest Magic Def for Normal Shield)

Or you can just stand behind a rock, where his lightning can't hit you, and turn him into a chicken with arrows for feathers.
