All computers on the internet are traceable using an IP address.. Most countries uses a fixed IP, unlike msia we are using a dynamic IP address.. How those servers like Megaupload etc are blocked by TMNut is by tracing their DNS as well as their Server IP address and throttling it.. So how u get to download torrent so fast without restriction is that a server in a foreign country is set up to download the torrents for u, then u download from the server u have setup in between.. as the server have their own IP address, TMnet will check that, that IP is not in its blacklist, and the data packets are non torrent based too, so it wont get throttled..
