guys , normally what is the procedure to sell car to USED CAR DEALER

loan left 6,500 , sell price agreed by both parties Rm21,500

dealer ask me to get copy of geran - > bring car to their shop -> puspkom inspection
once everything done , they will handover cheque

is it the correct way ? for inspection , take 1 day only right ?
and for cheque , once i hand over my car , i'll straight away receive my cheque is it ?

one more question , for full settlement , normally , shop will make payment and deduct from total amount or i need to do it myself ?
