Hi guys, need some clarifications.

If I were to buy a used car directly from the owner, would his/her traffic summons (police summons, not JPJ's) going to be transferred to me, the new owner? Assuming he/she didn't pay the summon when transferring ownership.

I know that you'll have to clear all your JPJ summons before you can transfer ownership, but I'm not sure with police summons.
