Hey guys. Please do help me out here. I'm buying a car and the seller and I are to meet at jpj tomorrow at 9am.
What I don't understand is the role of the buyer.
What do I need to do and prepare? And do I need to go to PUSPAKOM? It's my first time doing it, so a few pointers would be helpful.

Edit: Oh, and how about the insurance? Where do I get it and when do I get it. After or before the ownership transfer? A lil confused. And how much is the 1st party insurance. tq
