Need some expert advise here:-

My Father got 1 plate Number where the vehicle had been gone (stolen) many year back. The Rodtax was not being renewed then. The registration card is still here.

I am going to get a New car and intent to use back my father's plate number, can anyone expert advise what is the price (normal process or abnormal process) and how to do it (like report police for stolen or there is other way to declare total lost as i am not going to claim insurance on that vehicle) in the most fastest way.

Also, what document i need to prepare (which JPJ form) to transfer from my father's name to my name.
