hi, if i want to build a new wall in a big space, what is the cheapest option? preferably hard material. using bricks and cement ? or hard wood+dry wall? which is cheaper? any thoughts and advice greatly appreciated

Dry wall + wood is cheaper and faster. But not the strongest. Sound proofing stuff the sound proofing material in between the dry wall.
