Sum insured 2.5k can definitely include the tint film, can even go for 3M crystalline range film, I'm sure because I had did it.
It's rm1800 for the WS & rm700 for the tint film.

QUOTE(gavin@9729 @ Nov 2 2011, 11:09 AM) Nope...the tinting was fine, this stain oni seen after a water mark wash session..T.T the tauke said normally this kind of situation oni can be seen after washing it.. quite true, can feel the stain on the surface is rough@@.. heart pain,as the S.c oni claim me for the glass without the tint.. I believes your mirror was caused by the water mark remover(acid).Added on November 2, 2011, 10:14 am Nope...din apply those thingy since taking car,bro any experience in this kind of situation? This always happen to scratched glass surface, when the acid sip into the fine scratches of the glass, this is what you got. Sometime it can disappear after few rain/days but sometime it wouldn't, depend on your luck. If you did it by detailing shop, they mustn't allow this to happen & I think you should go back to them for the responsibility, UNLESS they did mentioned to you before proceeding to the job. |

Dear comrades, a little info. for you all.
I had just went for a trip with RON95, cruising almost fully on the highway at the speed of 95-100km/h, plus going up to Cameron Highland. Total mileage achieved almost hit 800km. Is this fuel saving enough? |

QUOTE(davinlicious @ Feb 16 2012, 06:47 PM) Actually I'm using Rom97 all the time. This time is because of accidentally lifted the wrong pump hence just go for it. I did tested the Ron97 last year, KL > Bidor > Prai = Total mileage 580km The most fantastic thing is, more or less 200km are town drive, non-highway. So it's something like 35% town drive; 65% highway. Average cruising speed in highway is 110km/h - 130km/h, most of the time 110km/h. Quite impressive har? |

QUOTE(Jinster @ Feb 17 2012, 12:13 AM) i believe performance wise + fuel efficiency won't be very different..only thing i notice is something to do with different tires ^^ true enough.good to know u've achieved 800km+ but still there are many heavy foot-ers going wild zooming here and there due to the car ability to zoom zoom haha, i hope they won't complain about the consumption more power = more consumption, everyone knows that just that some people just won't learn... I'm one of the heavy footer too, you just can't imagine how much i suffer to test it out...... |

QUOTE(D-Zire @ Feb 17 2012, 12:39 AM) wa good mileage there bro @ 800km...i did 80% highway and 20% city the most i can go is only about 530km on a 2.0 cruising at 110 - 140km/h...but one thing i find is that if we do constant 90km/h our fuel consumption is only about 6.5l/100km...pretty good i would say for a 2.0 further info. base on my personal experience.below 110km/h - fuel saving above 110km/h - fuel starts burning more; above 160km/h - best I could get was approx. 480 to 500km. Added on February 16, 2012, 11:52 pm QUOTE(Jinster @ Feb 17 2012, 12:32 AM) owning a mazda3, how to not step on it once in a while? it's a drivers car! u're suppose to zoom zoom safely xD the looks of the car shows what u can do even though it's not moving haha...won't say you...i myself would do the same to have fun Yea, sometime just need to convince ourselves don't bother so much on the mileage thing dude, life deserve to have FUN! zoom zoom.......... QUOTE(StevenKEY @ Feb 17 2012, 11:15 PM) I am never bother to test FC .. ask me about m3 FC i am totally dont know .. just fuel up and floor it .. Yes you can say it as a worry but it can be a logging for personal reference too.why people so worry about FC if they wanna have fun? you pay extra money for more gadgets and Horse power so you need to pay extra money if you want extra speed The mileage can mean a lot other than money, it can be something wrong to the engine, tires, gearbox or etc. Most people shall understand, each car, they has their own character, so it's not a bad thing to know your car more. Personally, I always red the total mileage I had made per tank before I pump, then reset it after finish re-fueling. Lets say if the mileage suddenly gone too less per tank, at least I have a clue that something shouldn't be right anymore to the vehicle hence I'll stop zoom zoom before sending it for inspection. I'm not a pro, a little aim of mine: prevent earlier is always better than sorry later. |

QUOTE(StevenKEY @ Feb 18 2012, 02:35 AM) Agree with you Wow!What a nice BF/husband letting his lady to enjoy the car and himself taking the myvi, SALUTE! As what i concern how much i paid for full tank and how many place i go .. for sure your 800km are horrible and was a great number for me that can consider as lazy to check how many FC per 100km .. from what my GF told me cause she is the one drive it to work daily and i using her myvi.. she said fuel tank enough for her 2 weeks route to work i think around 20km per day.. that is all i know cause when i get into my car i will try to zoom zoom it .. even my gf beside nagging i just giving excuse " i just test my car only, nothing much " There are some people trying to tell me not to buy Mazda.. reason 1 = resale value ( i told them if i worry too much of the resale value i will stuck in the boring T cabin forever) reason 2 = FC ( new engine new technology so it wont be bad ) You know most of the ipoh very " uncle " pattern one.. scared this and that end of the day still the same brand same cabin same feel.. overpriced too Your case is different, I'll do the same if I were you too. Anyhow, Mazda has innovate so much from the time being, they are improving, I personally thought so, starting from the look they convince you then to the performance. What lacking behind now is the after sales behavior, if still going on like usual now, all the good things may draw back one day. Added on February 18, 2012, 8:41 am QUOTE(Jinster @ Feb 18 2012, 08:58 AM) most uncle bought nissan for the 6speed/7speed/whatever speed and the big space Yea, T & H, just too bored to look at or seat in, it's just a car.no offence but only nissan gtr, nissan silvia, nissan FAIRLADY (my dream car) attracts me...those normal cars are a no no for me lol... anyway they are loaded =P i don't want to argue with uncle uncle all.. they retire already and want to relax with less worries probably don't want to zoom zoom here and there As you said unless they are turbos This post has been edited by ariesto: Feb 18 2012, 08:41 AM |

QUOTE(JML @ Feb 19 2012, 12:51 AM) Browsing on iPad so quite difficult to find the thread With the original profile, I saw good reviews regards the Conti CSC5 or Michelin PS3.My M3 2.0 reached almost 50K. Sadly front tyre thread is wearing off. Went for bal n alignment found out one of the front tyre pecah at the side... Tyre man advise I need to change new tyre.. Can confirm this? Anyone go for stock tyre? How much? My tyre man recommended me Toyo T1R which is slightly cheaper than stock model. Thread size n thickness is same 205/50/17 Has anyone tried this model? Is it good?? Other profile you can consider Goodyear Asy2. All the above mentioned are top range tires, shouldn't be putting you down. About the T1R, I do heard of it, it's good in the wet but not really in dry. |
