any1 know is tat possible to install the keyless entry and push start button in Mazda 3 but not void the warranty?
*
i think installing push start will definitely void the warranty coz u'll definitely be fiddling with the wires, fuses, and electronics...unless GS is able to do it...but that will be at a cut throat price.

Hi Mazda Owners,

I'm driving a M3 HB 2.0 and facing the knocking/vibration sound from the rear when passing the rough surface road. Went to PJ service center twice but unable to solve the problem. Any owner facing the same problem ? Which is the best service center to troubleshoot this kind of problem.
*
same thing. i noticed some minor knocking sound when on my left rear passenger seats too. Although its not that loud but its a bit annoying when the radio is off. tried to fold down the seats and put it up again to make sure the locking mechanism is intact but the sound still persists...hmmmmm cry.gif

QUOTE(D@Ne @ Nov 1 2011, 12:00 PM)
Yes, I experience that too. Sometime without the sound, i have to unlock and lock again just to make sure.
*
for the 1.5 years of ownership, i have experienced that once only...and one more thing i notice sometimes when u turn off the engine, open the door and close it back (u're still inside the car), the meter panel will restart itself; lighting up again with the zoom zoom wording...anyone experienced that before?

QUOTE(gavin@9729 @ Nov 1 2011, 12:14 PM)
If u manage to see the straight line from up to down..T.T
*
yea can see the lines...did u apply those rainX thingy to ur windows?

guys,

i went to do my alignment and balancing today. and found out that my right rear side has more zinc weights being installed on it rather than front right side....is that a sign that the tires are not good anymore?

theres no perfectly balance tyre in reality, even its new, still due got some imbalance, dats y even new stock car oso need balancing, after driving a while for sure got dent here and there causing imbalance... i did for every 5k.... rm5 per tyre for balancing is way cheaper compared to imbalance wear and tear on tyre tread even juz 1 yr old need to change new one

Added on January 9, 2012, 7:01 pm

is there anyone do like dat??? blink.gif
*
got it thanks! smile.gif

heard that by using nitrogen we would not need to refill the air for at least six months because nitrogen as compared to the normal air u get at the stations, wont leak out from the tyres as fast.

i checked with the technician during my service interval and i asked him is it normal for the loud noise to occur when folding/unfolding of side mirrors. according to him, its normal. and there is no way to fix it.

wa good mileage there bro @ 800km...i did 80% highway and 20% city the most i can go is only about 530km on a 2.0 cruising at 110 - 140km/h...but one thing i find is that if we do constant 90km/h our fuel consumption is only about 6.5l/100km...pretty good i would say for a 2.0

All,

Are you guys hearing a rattling sound coming from the front passenger side and back seats? I think it is the headrest that is making the noise cause it is loose. Anyone faced this before and know what is the problem?
*
i have the same rattling sound that u mentioned...coming from back left passenger side...after i fold the seat down....the rattling sound is gone..so i suspect its either the latch that holds the seat to the frame or some cable is loose or wat..still trying to diagnose myself...sent the car to SC but came back still got sound... rclxub.gif

me too..

Btw, have anyone experience a screeching sound coming from the tyre. Recently, I kept hearing like a screeching sound lke two metal scratching each other frommy front left tyre keep .... but after a while the sound dissappear... and after stopping for a moment, the sound re-appear again.... I haven't went to the service center yet as I was waiting for my 10k service....
*
i too experienced what u have said. mine was on the front right side of the tyre area. Its like a sharp thing is touching the disc brake when the car is moving hence the sharp screeching sound. brought my car to jalan ampang service center and the personnel told me that its due to dust and small stones got stuck between rotors or something. vague explanation they gave but told me not to worry as they have serviced and clean it. after 2 weeks of driving, the sound is no where to be heard. maybe u guys can go to jalan ampang SC and try to diagnose it. smile.gif

looks like the metal touching metal sound is back again after 4 years of non usage of my car. i suspect its the brake or handbrake that wasnt fully release. but then again, i can only hear it after i drove out of my house for about 300m. think i'm gonna go complain again...aiyo cry.gif
