there r no side effect with whey n creatine except for u need to break the cycle by stopping taking them for a month for every three month taking them.this is to cleanse ur body from its residue and to give some rest for ur kidney filtering them from ur body....

The only side effects of Muscletech products are they don't work and you're a lot poorer.

Expensive but I guess it works as well as any other similar products? Though I've only tried the whey protein

They suck. Review sites give them the lowest. They're made fun.of in American forums. A friend who works in a supplement store even says they suck, several gnc staff I know secrêtly told me the same thing and Terry says its not worth it. Hell... ive got half a tub of whey protein hardcore series given to me free by a nice friend. You want it bro? Can give it to you for free. Haven't touched it at all.

So which r the best? Optimum nutrition? Cause i heard their products were bestsellers.

Anything but muscletech seriously. Ask the other members here. They have tried a lot. I'm not too fussy about taste so Nutrex Muscle Infusion was good for me. Gaspari. Syntĥa 6. I love blends, I just don't take whey anymore, just personal preference.

Nutrex i've only tried twice. I agree with you. My sis is using Ultimate Nutrition Wheat Protein, Amino Energy from ON and CL White Flood. I wanna take a pic of her doing Con Air style pushups without needing to brace against a wall bit she's camera shy and would kill me.
