in terms of punching bass, i'd go for z623... performed a small test at harvey norman, while i was playing my song and my friend was like 10 meters away looking at other things, he came to me and said "i can even feel the bass from far away", where as he said the mx6021 "no feeling"...
to me the satellites are loud and clear, probably as expected from a thx certified speaker.. and to me z623 has a more natural sound than mx6021...

QUOTE(power911 @ Oct 18 2011, 11:42 PM) indeed... the MX6021 trebles sounded fake and plastic the Z623 sounded better. but still both trebles failed to impress me maybe if z623 had a treble knob ... turn 99 the knob! QUOTE(sengkin95 @ Oct 19 2011, 12:30 AM) but Altec Lansing has more dedication to audio technology where as Logitech is more for minor electronics such as keyboards n mouses... so, i presumed that the sound produced by Altec Lansing speakers should be more better than Logitech... yet, Altec Lansing MX6021 fails to get a thx certification.
