To all sifus, i have to download some files from a client who uploaded all the files on a ftp site.

Somehow, most of the files cant be read...i dont have the necessary software to view or save it for example ; TIFF etc. Thats the only file i cant save! i can view it on the browser tho, but i cant save it.

So do i have to download and use filezilla in order to download all the files???

Do i need to established a server with their ftp site?

Please help...urgent

try use freedownloadmanager, there is an option to open ftp and auto download the whole contents
