u mean reinstall? need online or offline will do?
if need online, then i will bring to sony center since i cant access internet at the moment at home

update:
- sent to klcc sony center, surprisingly no need warranty card for registering.
- filled up a repair form and passed my phone to them.
- battery, sdcard, SIM and back cover have been returned to me with a receipt.
- advise me to wait their call around 3 weeks time.
- now i can more relax and wait for the repair without worrying...
- will use my old nokia 5800 temporarily

edit (22-01-13):
- i got back my phone after 13 days resting in sony workshop
- replace a new LCD under warranty
- system restore back to GB
- everything saved in phone has gone
