Where can I get JAP region Nintendo 3DS locally?

Hi All,
just want to know where can I get japan 3ds in any local shops? I know I can get it through Play-Asia but just don't wanna tax by the custom. Thanks you for advance if any information can be provide.  |

Hi awyongcarl, thanks for the advise... there few local trusted local dealer mentioned by SWATwolf. I think I will try that 1st and compare the price with play-asia
