Where can I get JAP region Nintendo 3DS locally?

Hi All,
just want to know where can I get japan 3ds in any local shops? I know I can get it through Play-Asia but just don't wanna tax by the custom. Thanks you for advance if any information can be provide.  |

 anyway, you should check the thread sticked on the top.  try seller like alexwlh, pbbseller or stevechan360 find them in GAME's garage sales |

You can also try Play-Asia if you don't mind paying the 10% tax.
