Hi all masters in bodybuilding. I need some advice of yours about my chest pecs.
After went to gym for few months, I noticed my chest pecs getting weird like the pic below. Left pecs higher than right(I am right handed).
Looks a bit weird.....
So, I need some ideas how to balance it back. It looks serious as I didnt see anyone have something like this
Thanks in advanced and much appreciate. Attached Image

You have asymmetrical pectoral muscles. That's genetic and relates to where the muscle connects to the bone. There is nothing you can do to alter it. Some guys have a gap in between their pecs, some guys have asymmetrical pecs like you, and some lucky ones have no gap and total symmetry. Sorry that's not the news you want, but you cannot change where your tendon insertion points are.

On the bright side, you have the upper body of an 11 year old boy (low bodyfat and muscle), so your imbalance is very noticeable. If you continue to eat right, work out and succeed in building some muscle, that imbalance won't be as noticeable, and you also won't care about it either way.

Ouch. laugh.gif

Anyway, like deknoi said, it's related to your genetics. Nothing much you can do to change the shape and insertion points of your muscles, so just keep training consistently.

LOL, perhaps a little bit harsh, wasn't trying to be mean. There's nothing wrong with you, just keep up the training and don't even think about trying to focus on side of your chest.

No one is born purely symmetrical.or else we'd look like Greek gods. For example my left nut is lower than my right nut.

Sigh. Its anatomically ubiquitous. The left testicle descends sooner than the right testicle in human development.

And its important your nuts descend cos if it doesn't the risk or testicular carcinoma.increases due to thermic damage.

Sex change on LYN can be done within 15 seconds with a few clicks of button. laugh.gif But whenever you have a female tag, you'd get very interesting messages in your inbox every once a while. whistling.gif Frequency of such said messages are to be determined by what you use for your avatar.

do some isolation exercise bro.eg.the one arm dumbell press.just by using one dumbell do the chest press using ur weak side of ur pecs.then to balance it up.do the same number of reps on the other side. EG.if ur weak side can do 10 reps, just do 10 eps on the other side (eventhough it can do more).hope my tips can help biggrin.gif
